1. Enter in Hol.Mec's "Web" warehouse by choosing the heading "The Products" that is located on the lefthand side of the main menu. The General Catalogue is divided into three (3) sections: PLASMA, MIG and TIG.
By clicking on the area of interest, an updated list of available parts will be opened for on-line purchasing.
Chose the item that you need. With one click a detailed drawing will appear including an illustration of the products in a "preview" format (the image can be enlarged by clicking on it). The available items refer to a complete set of products chosen by you as well as each single component.
All you need to do is chose the item you need, type in the desired quantity in the space provided and click on "ORDER". The item will be inserted in your personal shopping cart.

2. Once all the items you wish to purchase are chosen, click on "FORWARD" and you will be guided to the summary page of the order to register your personal information.
Type in all the required information that is requested and click on "FORWARD" again.
The next screen will show the definitive summary of your purchase as well as your personal information. Make sure the information shown is correct, then proceed to the cash register by clicking on "FORWARD" again.

3. On the last page, a thank you note will appear for having chosen our products as well as a confirmation that the order has been forwarded correctly. There will also be some statements explaining the security system used to insure the purchases such as: "With Hol.Mec, your purchases are protected and secure because for credit card purchases, we connect you directly to CARISBO's (La Cassa di Risparmio in Bologna) "Safe Server" that uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocall to protect your personal information. Using this system, you will safely transmit your credit card number directly to our bank. No one, including Hol.Mec, will have access to this information. Access to a 'Safe Server' is confirmed by closing the lock on your browser.".
An order identification number will also appear on the page. This identification number can be mentioned for any future correspondence that you will have with Hol.Mec's Customer Service. di HOL.MEC.

4. On the page where the contents of the order are shown, (accessible by the shopping cart icon which appears on the left) the summary of the items can always be seen.

5. At the conclusion of each order, an email message will automatically be transmitted to you confirming the operations carried out, a summary of the items ordered and the order number. Please use this reference for any needed clarifications.

6. Before completing your order, read carefully the Consumer Information. Your knowledge of this information is very important for the execution of the order contract.
